The villa covers 70 m2 and can accommodate up to 5 guests in its spacious and elegant bedrooms. The interior is designed in a minimal, contemporary style and equipped with modern, comfortable furnishings. White is the dominant colour, while touches of black and wood add a special character and the stone walls give a warm, homey feeling.
Indoors As you enter the villa, you will find the first bedroom on your left, featuring 2 single beds (0.80 X 2,00) that can also be joined together to form a king bed (1,60 X 2,00) with a top mattress, 32’’ TV, wardrobe, A/C and en-suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom opens up to a private terrace which leads to the pool after descending a few stairs and offers beautiful views of the sea in front of you. Outside the bedroom you will find the washing machine enclosed in a cabinet.
A few steps down will take you to the open plan area featuring the living room and kitchen. The living room features a comfy corner sofa, a coffee table and a bluetooth speaker to connect your device and listen to your favourite music. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and features an island counter and a dining area for 4 with a round table. Sliding glass doors from the living room and dining area enable seamless indoor-outdoor access to the pool terrace.
The second bedroom offers a 1,60X2,00 bed, 40’’ TV and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The bedroom also opens up to the pool terrace, allowing you to enjoy the views lying beneath your feet.
Outdoor area The outdoor area of Majestic View Villa 2 covers 80 m2 and offers many facilities that allow you to enjoy the serenity and tranquility of the surroundings while lounging in comfort. More specifically:
- Enjoy a refreshing experience with our private 20 sq.m. swimming pool, offering ladder access and a depth of 1.40m. The pool area is equipped with 4 comfortable sun beds, an umbrella and an outdoor shower, perfect for taking a break from the sun. For your comfort, the pool can also be heated upon request for an additional daily charge for the entire duration of your stay.
- A gas BBQ. Entertain your guests in style with our spacious outdoor dining area, complete with seating for up to 6 guests under a large umbrella. Dine in the open air while enjoying the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
- Relax in the outdoor sitting area, furnished with 4 chairs and a coffee table, all under the shade of a beautifully designed pergola.
- Parking is never a concern, as we offer a dedicated parking space for 1 car just outside the villa. For larger parties, additional parking is available at the entrance of the complex.
- Rest assured that your safety and privacy are our top priorities. The entire complex is fully fenced and gated, offering maximum security and privacy to all of our guests.
